trouble with MMM-GoogleTrafficTimes

Hi Sam,

yea, I understand this would be pulling up the developer interface from the browser. But it’s not coming up. Is there another way to see those errors?

@laschalkh you can restart MagicMirror by using

npm start dev

if you use.pm2, then stop that instance
pm2 stop all

Hi Sam, when I try to run npm start dev I get an error. Which directory does it expect to be run from? I tried in a few locations and nothing worked.

the problem is there is no electron browser for armv6l (pi0/1) devices anymore, so you have to run split mode, server with chromium over the top

the script does all the work, so it looks like normal

Hi Sam,

I went through and rebuilt my pi and then ran your install script. It says it’s installed and when I do a pm status I see the MagicMirror is online. I don’t see the mirror tho. Is there something else I need to do for that to come up on boot?

are both empty

which means you don’t have the graphical desktop running., looks like you are in cli mode

u MUST have the desktop to run MM…, browser requires graphics.

reflash the sd card with the full desktop image of buster
