Changing the language to catalan

Hello,
I tried changing the language to catalan (cat) but couldn’t. Could anybody please help me? Is it possible to change it to catalan?

ca.jsoninto translation directory and after add the config statement intranslations.jsAfter that, you can send a Pull Request, the new contributions ever are welcome. The pull request send to a develop branch. For this change you should be add a line into
CHANGELOG.md -
