The problem is, I Love the Module :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:
But wach time I have to Update I Run in Problems I have to rebuild the MM.

I wanted only geht rid of These Messages and stay withbthe Version of NewPIR euch Run perfectly in NY Environment.

@bugsounet I had already an post in your community where you stated I should not use your module what is not the best option to me

Is there a option to hide notifications regarding the NewPIR module?
Or do I mistakes using the updatenotification module?

@bdream the built in updatenotification module provides a modulename filter…

however HIS module is the one issuing the message and there appears to be NO mechanism to turn off the update notice

              Thanks @sdetweil for clarification!

I’m back to start now and search a module working with PIR to shut monitor off and on. After a time I got NewPIR running and I was quite happy. Now I’m unhappy about the way of this module running outside the normal way modules working for MM.

              Any idea?

@bdream said in updatenotification seems not to work:

I’m back to start now and search a module working with PIR to shut monitor off and on.

see how he does it in his screen module and copy those commands to some other pir module…
