How to rotate a display on Rasp Pi… Unless you’re not using a Rasp Pi

              https://www.raspberrypi-spy.co.uk/2017/11/how-to-rotate-the-raspberry-pi-display-output/

As for calibration you should check with manufacturer… I am using a 32" TV with an IR frame so it covers 100% and no calibration was needed.
