      @geo don’t know what that means. I’m guessing you may have to rebuild the SD card and start over

        hi thx for the reply altho to start again is not something i could consider because of my lack of knowledge and the time it took me to get the mm up and running.
        i think my age,i’m 80, makes a daunting project.

            hi,your command gives a no such file or directory
            when i try to start get llectron2214 Gtk-warning cannot open display :0
            npm err codeelifecycle
            npm errmagicmirror@2.9.0 start: 'sh run-start.sh
            npm errexit status 1
            err failed atthe magicmirror@2.9.0 start script
            npm errthis is not a problem with npm there is likely additional logging output above
            err a complete log of this run can be found in
            npm err /home/pi/.nmp/_logs/2020-07-02t19_18_26_6512-debug.log

              @geo are u running in text mode? CLI

              you must have a graphical desktop

              if that is ok, display:0 is the physical display, do u have one attached?

                  @geo when u boot your pi, do you see the temples on the background? using raspian buster) or do you see a black screen with a command prompt
