Hi, I have a question. First, I use Magicmirror as a TV to show appointments for an office using the calendar.
Now we (in Germany) have the opportunity to register using the QR code in the CoronaWarnApp (CWA).
I wanted to ask whether it is possible to create the QR code (2 pages attached, with which this works) based on the dates.

I think that would be a big help, not only for me.

      Thanks and Regards

@slevin7 I think that would go beyond the scope of the calendar module.
You would need to fetch the QR code from some CWA API somehow. Is that even possible?

I’d rather create an own module showing QR codes for the next appointments.

You dont need an API you can create this qrcode localy with this little tool (https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-event-qr-code)
but to implement this to my irror is far beyond my programming skills.

@slevin7 I think I don’t understand. The purpose of the qr codes is for restaurants or meeting places to create ONE code per appointment that anyone else can scan with their app. Or isn’t it?
Do you want to create QR codes for other people to scan when they visit the place where the mirror is?

@lavolp3 I want to create a QrCode for each event.
As an example, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. there is a meeting in room 12.
At the same time, another meeting in room 14 from 12-2pm.
I would like to have 1 separate QR code for each of these events.
Since the appointments are usually only entered in the calendar 5 minutes in advance, I had thought of automation

@slevin7 You could try to use the notification function to use the calendar events in another module. The calendar can broadcast the events and yuor own module can fetch it via the notificationReceived-function.
Then you would still need a link to the CWA platform to create the correct QR codes from that.
Maybe there’s already some kind of npm module?
