      Can we do implement augmented reality on the magic mirror?
      Let’s discuss and do it.

        @arora1mayank the whole concept of the MagicMirror is based upon augmented reality. Therefore nothing is needed to implement as long as you have a mirror in front of your monitor.

          @strawberry-3-141 well, its CAPABLE of supporting an AR function module.
          MM doesn’t provide any of the raw facilities to do that …

          no video,
          mouse is turned off.
          no catalog of things to apply over the video
          etc

          I don’t think MM’s mission is to become an AR platform
          as compared to its current composable information panel

            What’s the definition of AR? What do you want to accomplish ?

                @sdetweil yes so what are your views if we can control raspberry pi using gestures and get clothing done or hairstyles virtually

                can we do it what everyone says?

                  @arora1mayank as I have told you before, this is outside my areas of expertise. I don’t know how it works technically, and I do not have time or interest in becoming more knowledgeable.

                    @arora1mayank answered a different way…
                    pi is a computer. you CAN make it do just about anything…
