How to update MMM-Jast and MMM-Sensor

@rikko14 you go the the module folder and do

git pull 

sometimes the dependencies might change on a module and they might advise , also doing

npm install

in the module folder

in each module i do git pull and npm install but the message appears a few minutes later…
