seems other modules are failing for no/old credentials…
google photos is broken as Google changed the way it works.calendar and newsfeed modules say they are doing their thing…

What I don’t understand is that this morning it worked fine, I turned it back on at the beginning of the afternoon, no more calendar or newfeed.

Do you want to talk about the file somefile.txt? -
@pat59 somefile.txt is just the name of a file that will hold the contents of some command.
For example, —lines=100 means 100 lines of content are going to be produced. But the terminal window app can only scroll back about 50 lines.
The others are lost
If you send the output to a file, then you can move around, top of file to bottom of file, repeatedly too. Without having to run the command again
