Some Calendar Icons Missing

‘cross’ and 'church aren’t in the font-awesome.css library for MagicMirror.

the MM code is still set for version 4.7 and not yet for version 5.
but even still, if it is not in the library, it wont work.

Maybe you can put in a request to the developer?

Fontawesome has breaking changes https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/on-the-web/setup/upgrading-from-version-4 it needs to be changed in the core project and in the way over 100 modules that are more or less maintained by other people. There is also a discussion somewhere on the magicmirror project.

@lazyboy0284 you’re lucky someone integrated the fontawsome v5 with backwards compatibility and it was merged today into the develop branch https://github.com/MichMich/MagicMirror/pull/1427

Sorry but today in my calendar some symbols don’t work for example volleyball-ball, since yesterday they worked.
What can I do?

Hi,

I’m setting up my Mirror right now and also have problems with font awesome icons.
I tried a lot icons for my trash calendar. But the trash related icons do not work. Is there maybe a list with working icons? I’d rather not try out every icon :D

which ones are you trying? With the latest version v5 icons work, too.

I’m on the latest Magic Mirror version but icons like dumpster, drumstick-bite, trash, trash-alt are not working for me.
calendar and birthday-cake are just fine.
