      @LukeCodewalker wow that’s great! i will test it tonight :) noob question : is it ok to git clone your files anywhere or it should be located in MM modules folder?

        @bibi I think you have to clone it to the modules folder. otherwise MagicMirror won’t find it. Just do it the normal way.

          I’ll have to write a readme, then I’m done.
          If you want to use a custom picture you just have to put your link in the config file and the module automatically uses this image.

                @bibi this code utilizes WebGL which brings RPI to its knees. You can run the MM on a different more powerful hardware, though. As for the module, I have got a POC working on my dev box with a sample data.

                  Yes I am also leaning heavy on creating a bigger mirror running on a much more powerful board.

                  Can’t decide if I want to use a mini pc or itx board…

                        Small correction about WebGL on RPI - the chromium/hardware will not even run. You will an error message that it’s not supported.
