      Version 2. Tossed the YouTube in the iFrame, Replaced with National Weather Service radar page.
      Got rid of the module that was past?? cloud/rain. Replaced with WeatherChart module.

      @sdetweil Photography must be a hobby. Smart phone pictures wouldn’t take up that kind of space.

    • RE: Completely lost

      @notacomputerguy I use weather.gov for both current and forecast per module @sdetweil mentions.
      I wrote a marginal explainer over a year ago about how to use weather.gov as provider.
      You have to do some pre-work on some pages in National Weather Service website to copy over to the config file weather module section.
      I didn’t start messing the MM’s too far back and it is one of those type projects that you have an ah-ha lightbulb go off in your head where you feel like you’ve been fighting with MM and then it all comes together as a unified whole.
      Hard part is persevering through and not quitting.

    • RE: My third MagicMirror, InfoScreen

      @uros76 I use SmartPi from Amazon but if you do a search on 7" raspberry pi screen case or similar on Amazon there are lots of alternatives. Thing I like about that particular case is it comes with a Y cable that powers both 7" screen and the Pi with one power supply. I looked at others that utilize 7" screen, bought it and have subsequently bought a couple more. I think initial driver for me was the base but I am well satisfied with that brand/style case + screen setup.

    • RE: Custom.css file

      I could have phrased that better. It doesn’t say that you need to create the custom.css file from scratch if you use the official manual install.

      @Jonae Have you by chance done or looked at any sensors that use I2C?

      @sdetweil That was way easier than sorting out CSS.

    • RE: Current Weather Not Dimmed

      @Elkanah

      You want this?
      All White.jpg

      Change --color-text-dimmed: #fff;
      I wanted everything to be white across the board so did that by copying the whole root font configuration into custom.css and made change in custom.css NOT in main.css

    • RE: ALT not doing anything

      @sdetweil I went to the Github Issue to see what you wrote and I don’t see anything relating to to how to retrieve an older version of the repository. All my Googling I had found how each version has tag associated with it but I can’t find in the issue stream anywhere.
