A cool feature to add to this would be for touch screens… instead of scrolling it could be done by touch… like a tablet :)

RE: MMM-ModuleScheduler - Module Schedules and Notifications
Awesome module!! The only thing I found it doesn’t work on is the clock…
The clock doesn’t have a config section and if you add it the config won’t load…

RE: Motion Detector
@cpramhofer There is a module for camera control… cannot remember the name of it but look around here I KNOW there’s one here.

RE: Complete Setup tutorial: npm command not found / unable to install dependencies
That’s interesting to say the least… did you try the manual install?

RE: Virtual Dressing Mirror
That right there is some VERY expensive hardware…custom software that would have to be created and I"m sure it cost thousands of dollars…
Looks like facial recognition dumped into a database so it remembers what you’d tried on and stores the pictures…
Yeah this isn’t that kind of mirror and it would take a pretty hardcore coder to make that happen.

RE: Virtual Dressing Mirror
What is a virtual dressing mirror? You can make the mirror any size you’d like… so anything is possible.

RE: Mini Magic Mirror up and running!
I’m waiting on parts for mine but am doing a 7" too! Not going to turn it into a mirror though… going to run MM as the backbone and use it for Alarm clock and such… hoping to get some music on there somehow… Tunein Radio would be awesome!

RE: Complete Setup tutorial: npm command not found / unable to install dependencies
Honestly what I would do is format the SD card put the rasp img on the SD card then open a terminal window and do the
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgradethen go to installing the mirror via the install script.

Where are you from?
Not looking for details such as addresses or such just a general where you from?
I’m from NY, NO NOT NY City…LOL. Every time you tell someone you’re from NY they assume NY City… No, I live in Upstate NY USA. More rural then NYC… more farms, more country. I’ve been to NYC didn’t like it… too much going on for me…
SO where are you from?

RE: newsfeed 2.0
I’m all for the full screen thing but am clueless with js BUT it’s a great idea! The mirror evolves and I"m sure it’ll happen sooner or later :)
Tell you what though I’m sure someone will accept the challenge!! The voice command thing is key to the whole module I see and there are a few trying to develop that…

I now have a suggestion by my son (7) who whats to turn it into a Lego family potrait frame.
