@KristjanESPERANTO i been trying firefox 47 but it crashes, and i was not able to find a firmware update or any custom rom for my coby kyros mid7125 so… looks like its the end of the line for it, i will try to make something whit widgets to ‘emulate’ the modules. It’s very hard for me to throw away old devices but what can i do? thank you both for your answers.

How to run via browser on Android 2.3
Hey there! I didn’t knew that I can display my magic mirror via browser using any browser. When I did it in my phone I thought that maybe y can do it in my old android tablet and have 2 mirrors for the price of one. But I find myself in front of a wall now because de native browser that came in my tablet is not capable of displaying the mirror interface. I’ve seen that s couple of persons where able to do it but I want to know if it was whit android 2.3, in that case what browser did you use? And witch version of that browser?

RE: launching on browser?
@sdetweil Sorry, I don’t have it anymore. Just made a clean install of xubuntu and after a couple of hours now mm is working. For what I’ve tried this days seems like all the distros based on debian have the same problem, Raspbian desktop, debian 11, emmabuntus…
If you like I can make another install whit debian and email you the log file -
launching on browser?
Hey there! I have successfully installed mm on my laptop running Ubuntu and using the script. Now I’m trying to replicate that in debian 11 but instead of launching electron like it does in Ubuntu it’s launching a web browser and the localhost:8080 (which is unable to connect) I don’t quite understand what happened here. Maybe the script maked a different kind of installation?
