@flooo This guy has a fairly decent walk-through of his build - https://howchoo.com/project/mzu3ndm2otu/building-a-voice-controlled-smart-mirror-with-raspberry-pi-and-jasper

@strawberry-3.141 nice one!
I’ll be looking to add this for my son, this with a rss feed for team news will work great for him

RE: To-Do Modules
I really like the idea of the work you are looking to do.
For me, voice recognition is something I’m really keen on having.
Does it have to be just for the mirror though? I’d want to use it more for playing media etc, as well as be able to control the mirror
“Mirror play my playlist”
I’m really impressed, and I’m keen to see what you can do from your list!
Good Luck

RE: This might be a daft question, but...
@ronny3050 Thanks for your reply
Will I get any kind of intellisense in the IDE?
Also, do I develop on the Pi itself or can I do develop/test on my Windows machine?

RE: Cowboysdude's Mirror
@cowboysdude I’m going for voice recognition using Alexa instead of Jasper
PIR to disable/enable the monitor
Also looking to use the ultrasonic sensors for gestures too!

RE: MMM-Soccer - Standings, Schedules and Top Scorers
Just been looking at your NFL module, it’s incredible!
Is there anyway you could implement something similar for fixtures/live games in the soccer module?

RE: Temporary disable modules
Couldn’t you just hide it with the RemoteControl?

RE: Got everything today... Now about Touch...
@4Flat4Life You can’t spit your dummy out because, someone doesn’t know how to deal with your very specific request.
Do some research instead, or develop your own modules instead of expecting people to spoon feed you

RE: Cowboysdude's Mirror
@cowboysdude cheers mate, that sounds great!
@paviro has created a PIR module, so I was looking to use that.
Is yours different?

RE: Voice/motion control
@strawberry-3.141 Thanks I’ll look to do that
Have you shared your solution?
