Thanks for the reply! It’s been a while, I copied the whole text instead of running each command… change directories and installed the module. The mirror starts and the module loads! but it’s still throwing the error below and the module just displays this dot below

Hello All! I have recently installed the MMM-eswordoftheday module (here: https://github.com/daniel-windsor/MMM-eswordoftheday)

My mirror was working before the installation. I installed the module and added it to my config but now the mirror won’t launch, I get stuck with a black Electron box. When I look at the logs, I see the below:

It looks like the error states it cannot find the module ‘axios’ or perhaps missing something from the stack below? The error states the module is missing but I’m not sure if it’s looking for some sort of dependency or prereq or if it’s pointing to the module itself? I’ve put my config through ESINT and no issues found with this specific module. I’ve tried a few things like restarting the service… Could anyone help me identify the issue so I may work towards a resolution? Any and all help is sincerely appreciated. Thank you!!!

Hello,

I have been successfully using the MMM-nyc-transit module the past few weeks without issue but it stopped working yesterday morning. This is the only module in my mirror that is having an issue and it seemed to start randomly. I’ve tried reinstalling the module on a fresh image of MM but the module still did not work. While config check has returned no errors, npm logs reveal this issue. Could someone please help me to decipher the error and work towards a resolution? ```

@sdetweil Yes, this worked. Thank you so much, it fixed my issue on all the modules I was having problems with. I didn’t realize anything was wrong because weather was working twice. MM was running from pm2 already when I used npm start. Restarts didn’t fix my issue but this worked for me. Thanks again!

Hello,

I am new to programming and having trouble installing new modules. I have only been able to get the doomsday countdown timer to work successfully. I am currently having trouble with NJ Transit Bus module. I have installed the module, changed directory to the module folder and installed the dependencies by following the readme file. The module seems to load into MM but never actually loads any data or seems to connect to any service. This module does not require an API. I have failed to get the MMM-NycTransit module or MMM-Traffic module to work correctly so I figured my problem was API related? I get the same result from both these modules as well, the module seems to work but doesn’t get any information. I figured this module without an API was a good place to start troubleshooting.

I’ve checked for syntax errors. Here is my NJTransitBus config:
