RE: Changing icons of the modules Current Weather and Weather Forecast
@Manu85 yes, they will charge you IF you go over the 1000/day… nothing is free anymore… you MUST provide a valid card, or the api key is not functional

RE: Changing icons of the modules Current Weather and Weather Forecast
@Manu85 the page says v3 api, and 1000 calls per day free
-
RE: Changing icons of the modules Current Weather and Weather Forecast
@Manu85 in the console (where u start magicmirror, npm start )
you might see
[23.01.2024 12:12.22.384] [LOG] [MMM-OneCallWeather] 23-Jan-24 12:12 ** ERROR ** Error: Unauthorized
if you are using the wrong api key

RE: Changing icons of the modules Current Weather and Weather Forecast
@Manu85 as far as I can tell, the one call API with keys since mid 2023 is only available via the v3.0 apikey setting

RE: MMM-Jast 2.9.2 doesn't install on newest MM version 2.26
@soonerdm said in MMM-Jast 2.9.2 doesn't install on newest MM version 2.26:
“devDependencies”: {
JSON is ‘key’/‘value’ pairs
so the ‘key’ here is
"devDependencies"
so make it
"devDependencies1"
watch out for the curved quotes before I used the code block…
-
RE: MMM-Jast 2.9.2 doesn't install on newest MM version 2.26
@soonerdm sadly the --onit=dev STILL CHECKS all the dev dependencies even tho they will not be installed… dumb
so edit that package.json and add a 1 to the key
devdependencies (on phone so check spelling)then it won’t be found during install
lmk. I’ve done this many times.

RE: Compliments module has stopped working
@geekhouri said in Compliments module has stopped working:
Line 68 column 4: Parsing error: Unexpected token config
yes, 99% of the time that means the line before was missing a trailing comma (which means more lines coming for this item)
your last 4 lines of the compliments list do not have the trailing comma
and the position linejust because I didn’t include it my text above doesn’t mean it’s not required…

RE: Compliments module has stopped working
@geekhouri the mm.sh should be
cd ~/MagicMirror~ means logged on users home folder
config.js, yes
{ module:"compliments", position:"....." config:{ compliments: your compliments config {.. } } }
the system design is
whatever is in config.js, overrides/replaces what is defined in the module defaults section
