@vvrangler Thanks for your help it seems like the module is login in correctly, because there comes a login request on my other devices with the 2fa code.

But no Birthdays shown. The birthday.ics seems to be free from birthday dates. And no matter I use your way for the config or I’m using a app specific password, the magicmirror log says login failed.

@cagey I tried that too and asked for help in september last year.

Somewhere in this thread @Beh said it should work with “VTODO” but the ics files are empty after syncing. Thats why nothing is shown in your calendar.

Would be really happy to have the icloud reminders on my mirror.

Seems like the module can‘t login even if I create a app specific password and I‘m not the only one with this problem.

Google says that this monitor has touch sensing keys. I think some needed components for the keys is left in the bezel. Maybe glued from the back or infused in the bezel itself. Try to put only the keys on their place in the bezel and see if they work again.

I don’t think you can change them to other keys so you might need an other monitor or you try to make the original keys work. Maybe you can cut the needed componentes out of the bezel if you don’t want to reassemble the monitor.

Or you setting up the monitor like you need it and hopefully it will keep its setting after a power loss.

Everything is running fine, except my reminders.

No matter I put item_types = [“VEVENT”] or item_types = [“VEVENT”, “VTODO”] in the config, it discovers everytime a collection named tasks “Erinnerungen” (which is reminders in german) but the tasks.ics is completely empty…

Does anybody have a running configuration for icloud reminders?

Since MMM-iCloud-Client seems not working anymore I’m also interested in fetching iCloud Birthdays.

After setting up the config, (either with de 2-steps authentification or the app-specific-password) there are no birthdays shown.

If i check “http://localhost:8080/MMM-iCloud-Client/birthdays”, the calender.ics looks like this:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 PRODID:-//sebbo.net//ical-generator//EN NAME:birthdays X-WR-CALNAME:birthdays END:VCALENDAR

As i am pretty new in stuff like this, i have no idea how to fix.

Sry, if this thread is too old to answer but I had the same question and had problems to find a solution for this. But it seems like I have one.

In my config I only set useKMPHwind to true and that didn’t work but after I also changed the useBeaufort from its default true value to false it seems to work.

At this moment openweathermap shows 1,5m/s and magicmirror shows 5 as windspeed. 1,5m/s are actually 5,4km/h so I think its an rounded value.
