Seems that there is no way for me to swich off HDMI via PIR-Sensor :-(
Maybe I will find a way to do this with a python-Scrip out of MagicMirror but I´m a just a beginner and it seems to be not easy…

@sdetweil
I´m using a pi3.
Maybe that´s the problem??
@sdetweil
No, it does not switch HDMI off
@sdetweil
Python3 was already installed (up to date).
Module seems to work fine but does not switch HDMI off…
My MM works fine but I have a problem using MMM-PIR-Sensor-Lite. The modul is running, the countdown is shown on the MM but when the countdown shows 0 it does not switch HDMI off so the monitor is still alive.
What can I do??
@sdetweil
I did the same procedure again, now it works!!
Thanks a lot!!!
@sdetweil
Thank you for your support but it´s still not running. I did all the steps you listed but there is still black screen.

I´m using a screensaver using a motion detector for activating my HDMI-screen. This does not work if I´m using omxplayer.
My cam is a Reolink RLC-420-5MP. Don´t know how to set the decoder on H.246…
Is there an alternative to MMM-RTSPStream??
Hi plainbroke,
using omxplayer causes an other problem. The Screensaver does not work anymore…
@bkeyport
I found an old Data backup from my Raspi SD-Card and restored it.
Now erverything works fine again (as long as I make no Raspi-update)…
Thanks for your help!!!

Do you see a mistake in the lines above?
Hi,
maybe anybody has the same problem since updating the Raspi via
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade.
Before doing that my MagicMirror with RTSPStream ran fantastic. After the update there is no picture of the stream in the RTSPStream-Module-Frame. All the other modules are still running as good as before.
Anybody an idea?
Sorry about my terrible english…
Hi binderth,
i have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
