          Fortunately it comes to my mind, that the “documentation” of the modules comes with the module.
          Still unfortunate, that module isn’t maintained - will may not work in later MM releases…

              @rkorell It would be best if someone could be found who is willing to maintain the module. The module is open source, so the work could continue in a fork.

                Don’t the authors usually leave their github live, so that others can work on them if they want to keep using them… ?

                Slow learner. But trying anyways.
                MM is on Raspberry Pi 4B w/8gb ram loaded on a 128gb nvme drive.
                Running Trixie and the latest MM version.

                  @KristjanESPERANTO
                  Indeed, I totally agree.
                  I would like if I could, but I am not able to do this.
                  @bugsounet has developed an excellent piece of code - far beyond my abilities.
                  (especially in javascript - I struggle with the object oriented approach).

                  Regards,
                  Ralf

                    AFAIK yes, for this reason this seems like an unfriendly farewell to me .

                      @rkorell I have a fork at https://github.com/marclandis/MMM-Pir - not sure how much time I have to keep it updated.
