I’m using 24" TV. But for better quality, you should consider using a monitor rather than a TV (based on ppi value).

@slametps that makes sense. I’ll keep that in mind.

@slametps Hi, I’m considering using a 720p TV with a USB to power my RPi and because a TV has built in speakers. TV’s are a lot cheaper than monitors in my area so I am leaning towards purchasing a 720p TV. If you do not mind me asking, is using a TV worth it in your experience or should I just spend more on a monitor? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@almasgai I’m using FHD TV myself. If you’re satisfied enough with the display result, that’s ok. But I think, it will be much better display if using monitor. Power source for raspi, it is not recommended to use USB port from the TV since raspi require 5v 2A for better performance since USB from TV just have 1A or less output.

          regards,

@almasgai Please ensure that if your requirement and goal about MM is also involving sound output, using TV rather than monitor is better choice, except monitor is already has built-in speaker. It is also my consideration about using TV for my MM.
