There might not be any. This project was originally designed around the Raspberry Pi. Although, due to its popularity, its now running on Mac’s, PC’s, and yes, some tablets. I don’t know that anyone has written a guide for installing on a Windows 10 tablet. I’ll do some searching for you and see what I come up with.
I know this doesn’t help you but here is one person that installed MM on a nabi Big Tab 20" Android tablet
