@broberg Thanks ;) I prefer DuckDuckGo

The spotify web connect server is no problem (https://github.com/dtcooper/raspotify), but if you don’t want to use Last.fm to show the title info we need to develope a module.

Okay i need to use last.fm for show the title ?
I don’t now that before your message, i think i can do this for me and for the community ;) -

@PrincesseLulu there is an other (older) spotify server, but therefore you’ll need to get a spotify key. You’ll need a lot of time an luck to get the key.
At the moment, last.fm scrobble is the only way to show title info, and only from mobile app connected to last.fm or desktop spotify application, not if you’re streaming on the mirror. So if you’re listening on the mobile phone, you will see the song etc. from last.fm, start streaming on the mirror last.fm is gone…
With the key: https://github.com/CatoAntonsen/MMM-SpotifyConnectUI
I got the key and everything else, but don’t get the older spotify server to run with my JustBoom Amp HAT (some Alsa settings I guess, but I’m too lazy ^^). I was looking for an alternative and found - spotify that just works ^^ and yeah it does that perfectly.
Also other people can play on the mirror, cause they see the mirror in spotify like an Amazon echo (Alexa can do that, if you say: Alexa spotify connect). So I really like that server btw.
Would be nice if we develope a module similar to CatoAntonsen spotifyUI ;)

Thanks to you i look it ;)

I’ve created a module which displays what you are currently listening to on Spotify.
More details on the the module’s own thread. Please use this thread also if you have comments or questions.
