Carbon PPM tracker

I was wondering if someone could model something off of the mmm-avstock module to make an atmospheric carbon tracker. Take a site like www.co2.earth/ and plot the value each day, developing a trend over time.

I dont know much about what format the data source should be in but there are a lot of resources. Here are a few more from a qick google
