    Hi all,

I’m new to MagicMirror but can see me enjoying it a LOT , once I get my head around everything that is. Oh, and please accept my apologies if this post is in the wrong place :)

What got me in to the idea of a MagicMirror is this video on YT - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBJH3s0cIJE&t=4s

They use a ‘toggle’ in the bottom right corner to switch between MM and Home Assistant, but unfortunately he doesn’t explain how to do this. I’ve looked on this forum, and googled everything I can think of but no luck.

Does anybody know? This would be great for me as I have a dashboard for HA and if I can switch between the two quickly like this it would be amazing!!

Any help would be appreciated :)
    Thanks

@bendonahue It looks like he’s using the MMM-OnScreenMenu module. I don’t know how he’s using it, but he’s probably hiding/showing Home Assistant as some sort of embedded module or webpage.

Possibly his Home Assistant page is inside an iFrame using the MMM-iFrame module and he’s using a toggle to show/hide the iFrame (as per the show/hide clock example in the MMM-OnScreenMenu module). This might explain the white ‘border’ that appears on the right & bottom of his HA controls page.

There will be some HA dashboard cards don’t like being inside an iFrame so may not work correctly.

@bendonahue I’ve set it up here with MQTT.
I wrote a small guide on the HA forum:
