      Hello, how are you?

      I have a 55 inch infrared frame that worked perfectly on my other magic mirror.

      Now I bought a new one and went to use the same frame, but the calibration is not accurate (I used the windows system to calibrate), what could be causing this problem?

        did u calibrate this frame on this machine?

          @sdetweil I bought a new mirror, but it’s the same frame as the other one.

          When I go to calibrate in windows itself, the touch seems to be already saved and it doesn’t go where I touch.

            @vlogsmath I hate to say this but…

            Do you have the frame correctly oriented? I have a 32" IR touch frame and never had to run any kind of calibration on mine. I just installed it with the usb plug in the lower right corner.
