I live in the UK. Can I change the info on my magic mirror to be UK detailed?

You can use a newsfeed that is UK specific. (instead of the NY Times default). You can use a calendar that displays UK holidays (instead of the US Holidays). There are many modules, some of which are UK based which you can find here https://github.com/MichMich/MagicMirror/wiki/3rd-party-modules. Compliments: you can change to your liking. Clock: should already be correct. etc…
