So it took a long time but I finished ;o) Thanks to all of you for helping me to finish my mirror!
I bought a IKEA Mirror for 90.- and cut the length and made a holder for the monitor.
(big mirror -->trash ;o)
Are you saying you got a One-way-mirror at ikea?!
As above, is there a one-way mirror at IKEA? I got that place just 2-3km from my house and need it on my next project!
Your mirror looks really cool! How deep is it?
No, I just bought a normal mirror with frame in IKEA, because it was the cheapest way to get a aluminium frame. Frame is 60mm deep. The one-way mirror is from Glas Trösch (Switzerland). Sorry about the mistake.
Can you provide us a list of components you used?
Especially interested in the monitor you user. Can see it’s an Acer, but that’s it…
@RickNL90 Hi, i used this components:
- Acer RT270 27" Monitor
- Mirror from glas trösch 20% light transmission
- For cooling my pi i used sunon MC20100V2-000U-A99 fan with turn on when the cpu is >70 °c and turn off when <50 °c
- Pi 3
- Button ILLUMINATED LED SHUTDOWN SWITCH from mausberrycircuits.com
- ikea frame (just cutted in half)
If it’s allowed to ask…
What did you pay for the mirror from glas trösch?
Was not sure, what the shipping will cost…
@Patrick I paid 103.40 CHF for the sice of 4mm x 534mm x 774mm.
I didn’t paid shipping, because I picked it up in the warehouse.
@trividar Sounds fair to me.
How did you ordered it? Can’t see a “real” web-store or a price list…
