Name-Day
-
@maros
By the way, All Slovak people get his/her name from the name of the birthday?
It means, Maros, are you born at 11.11 ? (Because, My son has the same birthday, so his baptismal name is “Martin”) -
@Sean no :)
name is choosen by parents as they want (they can choose also name that is not in our calendar but then it’s more problematic for child to celebrate his/her nameday)
but we celebrate 2 dates in 1 year every year :)
1 birthday
2 name dayit’s also in other countries (Czech republic, Hungary, Poland, …)

@Sean hi i just noticed one problem with module. I’ve put mirror on the wall so it’s on permanently only turning off hdmi power via crontab at some times.
Everything goes fine but modul isn’t updated from yesterday.
Today it’s 4.8 - dominik, dominika
But mirror still show that it’s Jergus and tomorrow will be dominik, dominika …Date on mirror is correct 4.8
Do you know what’s the problem ?
-
@maros every 00:00 it will be refreshed. But there could be abnormal interrupt refreshing. I’all add more often refreshing. Please wait for a while.
-
@maros fixed.
git pull
again. Now your module will be refreshed every 60 sec. -
@sean Great thank you :)
only one think i see that in your MMM-Meniny.js are still missing dates mentioned before (i’ve updated it in mine)
“0101”: “Nový Rok”,
“0229”: “Radomír”,
“0501”: “Sviatok práce”,
“1225”: “1. Sviatok Vianočný”, -
@Sean it’s still not updating correctly.
Today is 5.8 and on module it’s still dominik, dominika … :(Can you please check one more time ?
Thank you
-
@maros sorry. try again please.
-
@sean ok i will test and let you know tomorrow if name was updated automatically.
But can you please update also the 4 days that are missing ?
I’m updating still with :
git reset --hart
git pullas only git pull is giving me information that my local MMM-Meniny.js is different from yours and it’s only because i’ve added missing 4 dates.
Thank you :)

@maros missed 4 dates are also added.
