I know there’s a way to run one main mirror and off of that you can show other mirrors…
Does anyone know how to do that? Since I"m running my big mirror on a mini-itx it seems that I should just be piggy-backing off of that one for my bathroom mirror rather then running another instance on that. Having to change multiple mirror instances.
Thanks guys!

to get more than one instance of the same mirror on different screens, I had to create copies of the mirror and run separate electrons in different windows and assign them to each separate monitor. I just had to create different configs for each one. Yeah, I have to make duplicate changes, But, like you, I would think there is a different way!
If using the same mirror config, you just need to run separate instances of electron and assign them to the appropriate screen.

Are you thinking of the ‘client only’ and ‘server only’ instructions off of the MagicMirror builders repository?

If you are okay with the “same” output on both mirrors you can just start a webbrowser in fullscren on the other mirror and open the page from the itx one.
Since the magicmirror is basically a webserver hosting one webpage it can be open on an infinit amount of computers at the same time.

You linked me here, so you might thought about the syslog slave module that I was writing?!

@strawberry-3-141 That’s very possible, I will look at it. I’m just kinda tired of working on 2 mirrors when just one and showing it in 2 places would be so much easier :)

@broberg I will look into that also…that’ll be a weekend thing :)
Thank you!!!
