. . . then that address would need to update with a new picture for the module to retrieve and display it. If that address is a static picture then the module will only be able to display that.

I don´t think that it is static. Every hour the picture is updated with the same adress.
I thought that Globe updated the picture with the update intervall. -
Cool and interesting! Im gonna try it out and see how it works.

I thought that Globe updated the picture with the update intervall.Well, if that is the case then it should update the image in the module. I don’t use this module. Perhaps someone that does use it will chime in with there findings, or fixes.

I see in the latest code that it is appending the date & time to avoid caching.
I’ve added a number of console log messages to the code, and it looks like it’s never refreshing. Can anyone confirm that MMM-Globe really does refresh for them, after the initial page load?
I’ve temporarily switched my mirror to MMM-iFrameReloaded, which does indeed refresh, but doesn’t scale the image to the size I need.

@FlatPepsi it is not working…

@dhruvgami1989 - I wonder if the globe image is pushing the upper three regions higher? I have a couple things to try, but I don’t have a solution really.
- Turn off the compliments temporarily and put the globe module in lower_third.
- Reduce your globe image size and see if the weather forecast reappears
- Move the globe to full_screen below, which should remove it from the shuffling that comes with the module positions.
I hope one of these works for you.

@dhruvgami1989 my current weather appears after 10 minutes but I don’t know why.
Does your globe module update the Picture?
My globe module does not update. -
@Stoffbeuteluwe Thanks for the tip. It came up exactly after 10 mins! Very weird. And no, the globe does not update
