Right, that’s using the main real estate in the screen, as opposed to what the current module is set at by default, which is 1/3 of the upper screen essentially. It’s possible for sure. Need to spend some time on this … but after the remodel at my house is done.

RE: Weekly Calendar
@paviro, maybe, but to be honest, I’d rather keep them separate, that way one does not need to have both of them enabled. Pick one or the other basically, and have them function completely separate from one another. If both are selected, display a message instead, telling the user to pick one …

RE: Weekly Calendar
@paviro, yeah that’s hard to fit on 1/3rd of the screen. That’s better suited for a middle layout, taking over the screen’s entire width essentially. Not impossible, just another way of displaying things. This would probably be better as a completely separate module, as opposed to being part of the current Calendar one.

RE: Weekly Calendar
@idkmynameiskyle, could you give me an example, even if it’s a sketch on a cocktail napkin? I get the idea of a weekly calendar, but I’m not quite understanding what you are trying to convey with the boxes and such.

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
A small hole next to the large one, enough for light to go through, should work. Usually it’s a tiny pinhole, but that’s also assuming the sensor is literally right up against the pinhole.

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
This might work though, if you’re using either an rPi camera, or something similar. If you’re going to put the camera in the frame, you’ll be drilling a hole. Why not two more for the IR lights as well. And at 3W each, that’s mighty bright. http://amzn.com/B00ZEFIU6C

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
Problem solved! 80-100 METERS of illumination!

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
Maybe something like this embedded in the frame?

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
Yeah, if that didn’t work around the camera, then you’ll need to add them to the frame (or in front of the mirror essentially.)

RE: Face Recognition with inferred light
A series of them along the top frame won’t look too bad. Or, depending on where/how the camera is, you might be able to add a ring of IR LEDs around it too.
