I have a problem with correct time of “MMM-RAIN-RADAR”.
The difference is currently 2 hours.
I live in Berlin (+1 UTC) and summer time in Germany (+1 UTC).

By config: “UTCtime: 1,” is the difference is currently 4 hours.

I hope you can help me with this problem too?
