I’m a graphic design student and this is my final project where I need to create a smart mirror for kids that displays a different cartoon character that kids could interact and move with (Similar to the AR in Snapchat lenses).
I have already bought a raspberry Pi and all the materials for this project, but as I mentioned I only studied graphic so I have no background in programming or coding so I couldn’t write the code by myself.
I’ve been looking for help for weeks but since I’m a student all I find is big companies that asks for a lot of money.
**I will pay you for your help for sure!
-Time due is in less than 3 weeks.
I did see someone have create a TTS module but what I understand is just for notice and not calendar or weather.
And I have no idea how a user can get it to talk.
That I looking for is use like iPad or Android to push on the screen and it start to talk.
I was looking to see if there were any modules for Australian football (not soccer) leagues, and haven’t come across any.
I found an API for the AFL - https://api.squiggle.com.au/ - and was wondering if anyone had the time to put something together for it, something like MMM-NHL
Thanks in advance!
I am from Munich, Germany and really like the module MMM-mvgmunich which I use daily to show departure times from the station closest to my home. But since the Google API is costing money I would prefer to have a routing module with the api of the MVG: https://github.com/leftshift/python_mvg_api.
Is there a programmer out there who can do that?
Maybe not a direct answer to your question, but you can also use calendar .ics files for displaying holidays (with the default calendar module of mm), see links:
Interesting. I too prefer using good services for scrutinizing currency rates. My favorite is https://en.needcalc.com/currency.html. But the thing is I can see the history of the exchange rate with it. Also, I can check the graphics. Never seen this functionality elsewhere.
I’m using Shairport-sync to cast music to my mirror using Airplay from my iPhone, as I use Apple Music. Is there any voice control modules I can use to be able to tell my mirror to play music, and have it cast via Airplay to my mirror from my iPhone?
Has anyone used both Alexa and Google Assistant modules? In currently trying to get MMM-awesome-alexa to work but i can’t get the install to run right, so I was wondering if anyone knew of a better module for either Alexa or if there is a better one for Google. I would probably be open to trying that as well if it was either able to do the same or more than awesome-alexa? Just want good voice control for my mirror but MMM-awesome-alexa is being a big pain in my ass at the moment and i can’t figure out how to fix it so I’m open to suggestions haha thanks in advance!
Sorry for confusing.
Logitech Bluetooth Speaker Adapter might be one of that kind.
But as you know, Multi-pairing doesn’t mean MIXING two output at same time. You should hold one source to use another different source. (And I’m not sure it will be returned magically after occupation from one source is finished.) Many speakers insist switching could be automatically, but I’ve never seen those things as they said still yet.
multi-channel BT mixer connected to one speaker could do, but It might not be your wants.
