total noob needs help. installing modules

can somebody tell me how to easy configer and install modules?
i am sshing in my pi and then i got stuck i had to reinstall it multiple times because i do not understand it enough

i want the dutch forecast i want my agenda on it and news feeds and maybe just grab pictures from a source but i got stuck
