Is there a module to display webpage widgets?

I’ve struggled with configuring the default Weatherforecast module to look like I wanted, when I realised that there already is a webpage widget which shows the weather just as I want it.
So before I create one, is there any existing module that already does this?

The HelloWorld module may be able to do it. If you check out the Halloween Video thread, you’ll see that we’re dropping all sorts of HTML onto the UI. Just replace the
<VIDEO>tag stuff we’re doing with your embed code. It may take some fine tuning. -
