@sdetweil in config.js add

disabled: true,

to the MMM_AlexaControl module def

   {
      module: 'MMM-AlexaControl',
      disabled: true,          /// add this line        
       position: whatever,
      config:{
      }
   },

and restart MM, then in another window to the netstat -a -p command again
