Second try for a smart mirror, switched the 3mm acrylic sheets to 4mm glass. The results were satisfying.

Some default Tv-components that came with the monitor used just for this prototype, I proceeded to use other components to the finished product

There are some light bleeds that has to be fixed, because I decided to design the backlight for the LCD screen at home, for better power management, as well as light settings; so less room light means dimmed LED’s so you wont be able to see the monitor behind the glass, and brighter LED’s when sunlight hits the apartment :) Will post the finished mirror here when it is done within next month.

I upvoted your build because you have your piano and sheet music out.
