@sdetweil hi again, i did everything mentioned in that post but the behaviour doesnt change, it works for one time and next time i restart the magic mirror it gets back to missing index.html. its an endless loop. please help what am i doing wrong

@reddyman hi, I found a work around… maybe it’s temporary but I got it working by Downgrading my assistant mk2 to the previous working version… cheers

Go to “Commits”
Click the “<>” icon to the right of the desired commit
Select Clone or Download
Download ZIP

any old version will be fine(not too old) i used may26,2020 version…

@Bugsounet Ahh that makes sense. I’m sorry to hear that project is dead but I understand. I’m sorry you had to deal with so many crappy and ugly people; they don’t deserve anything from someone who put in so much hardwork and sweat as you have.

Gah, I just wish I didn’t update my mirror yesterday. The last time I updated it was in February and everything was working perfectly. And of course when I updated, I didn’t bother making a backup. Valuable lesson learned though!

I’ll take down my mirror for now I guess. But best of luck to you Bugsounet to anything you do in the future!
