You would need a driver board to make it work, something like one of these http://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&item=111115624120&category=71509&pm=1&ds=0&t=1491040281226

But make sure the one you get works with the g4 lcd panel first.

Thanks for your answer and the link.
I’ve checked at the rear of the screen this afternoon.

I’ve looked on Aliexpress and Ebay for the Samsumg “LTN152W1-L01” (20pins), with no success. But i’m not sure of what i’m looking for exactly (board, inverter…?)

Could someone lead me to the correct product ?

@broberg : no luck, they have a lot of models, but I didn’t see mine ^^
        Thanks in advance

I found this one but you have to give them your email and they send you a quote. I hate when they do that sh*t! But who knows? I didn’t see any others specifically for that lcd.

            Hi !
Thx @Mykle1 for the link I’ve send a message to elecok.

I also sent a message to e-qstore on Ebay, and this product should do it:

I’m wondering if it’s clever to use an old screen and add 33$ +xx $ for AC for something that will perhaps not work.
Instead of Buying a real ‘used’ screen …

Everyone has their own reasons for using an old LCD monitor. Some people like to reuse them so they don’t add to the trash that is choking the planet. Some people like projects. I like both of these reasons.

You can certainly find used screens that don’t require any conversion. The choice is yours. Good luck and have fun. :-)
