after some days ical will not display anymore

Helloy guys, i used the default calendar module since some time and everything was perfect but since some days no ical calendar will display anymore. what can i do right now? i didnt change anything in the config.js
i get always the same error
Error: dates lower than Tue Jan 01 1980 00:00:00 GMT+0100 (CET) are not supportedi searched already about the error but anything what i find worked :-(
