      how to turn off the alarm clock when it sounds

        This is directly out of the readme file:

        timer: 60000, // (1 min)

        How long the alarm should ring for non touch screen or without interaction on touch screen devices.

          I have been able to press the spacebar to turn it off. Found that out by accident.
