Also with fresh install it throws errors with the newest update.
Fixed for me. Thank you @Mykle1 !!!

@Wedee said in Family Info Board:
Sorry just got back from a work trip to Europe. Yes the Family loves the board. Already have made several improvements, and have several more ideas we want to try. I had bought an additional Raspberry Pi to play with and successfully set up Alexa, so I think that is the next major add to the info board.
After telling a few at work about the idea two more guys have set up a similar board at their place, and their families love it as well.
It would be great if you could share your css.
Your calendar looks great but i am absolutely css noob.
Hey there,

@Jopyth said in [Remote-Control] Shutdown, Configure and Update your MagicMirror:
@AAPS (and everyone else): You can try the new version, but you can also go back to a previous version afterwards with the commands:
cd MagicMirror/modules/MMM-Remote-Control # or wherever you installed the Mirror and the module git checkout v1.0.0 # or the version you want
Currently, there is
v1.0.0
(which is probably the one you are on) andv1.1.0
as older versions. To check out the most recent version usegit checkout master
again.
I want to update. But git checkout master
does not work. There stands i shall use git pull
but then there comes:
*Please, commit your changes or stash them before you can merge.
Aborting
*
@cowboysdude if we can proceed here i will help you in coding or adopting the API from bring! :-)
