Thanks for your reply. I have already commented out the updater module (following the other thread quietly) but that hasn’t changed anything. It’s a pity you can’t send keystrokes but for now the pm2 reload...seems to do the job. At least according to pm show...it was successfully reloaded this morning.

I ordered cheap SMBJ5.0A diodes from Aliexpress for a couple of cents and now my Pi is as good as new. Not the best solder job but I don’t care. Maybe I should see if that really worked by feeding it with 12V again?

So, as in this thread I am trying to use a PIR sensor that powers off my screen via a relay. I’ve had no luck so far. The module MMM-PIR-sensor works nicely as it should, as long as I don’t use relayPIN in the config.js. I also tried doing that via external python scripts, but somehow the relay doesn’t get triggered. Well, it clicks extactly once and that’s it. Has anyone managed to use a PIR sensor with a relay on a Raspberry Pi 3 B? If so, how did you do that? Edit: Btw, gpio -g write 27 0 or gpio -g write 27 1 do absoloutly nothing. Wiringpi v 2.44 is installed.

I finally received my replacement mirror and it has no defects. So basically I got two mirrors for 48€ incl. shipping. The first has only a tiny defect which makes it still usable for a second mirror. My frame is also almost done. I just painted it a second time and I am now waiting for the paint to dry. Next week I should be able to put everything together.
