I’ve been monitoring these forums for a while as well as had my RaspberryPi 3 B+ since they came out and well now I think I’m ready to take the plunge this weekend. Do you guys have any advice for me on how to go about it? What steps I should do first? Anything will be appreciated.

RE: My 36" Mirror
Firstly, this looks great. I have a couple of questions. How did you get the mirror to be on the frame? Did you glue it or use some sort of two sided tape? Also; what did you use to hang it on the wall?

RE: When to turn mirror on and off?
I have been thinking about this also over the past couple of days, you could add a camera for facial recognition. I think that’s what I’ll look into so that mine doesn’t turn all on all the time and display all my info.

@Manmachine it looks awesome. The setup is very clean. I’m beginning to notice that a 24" monitor will do fine for me, they mirrors seem to be a decent size with regular size monitors. How are you powering your Pi?
