@Bangee that Looks so great!
I’m looking into planning my frame at the moment. How do you attach the Monitor to the mirror and how do you place it on the wall, could you please add some information/pictures on that?
Thanks! -
Hi @binderth
The monitor is put in the frame and hold by the glass and some lashes.This frame very thin an built with 1.5mm aluminium.
The Weight ist only 1 kg.
I’ve used a 3mm 12% twoway mirror.If someone is interested in this, I will produce some more pices.
PM me if you’re interested in it.

Looking great, hope you get the PIR working.
I will appreciate if you share you work(step) to your finishing mirror. Trying to upgrade my mirror with PIR sensor in the future. So your step/choice would help me later on. -
Wow… I was actually thinking of getting a 3% mirror. Will rethink that. What display are you using? Is it a 250cd/m² one?
-
yes its a 250 cd/m2

@Bangee Looks looks really great! I love how you integrated the PIR into the mirror itself.
What did you use to cut the hole? Was it difficult? Were you concerned about breaking the glass?
-
I’ve ordered the mirror with the hole in it.
I don’t know how to do this by your selve :-) -
Can you show how you built that case/frame for your frameless mirror? I would love to do a similar build, cause I am almost done with my own smart mirror, I finished everything - EXCEPT THE FRAME…been putting off what frame to get.
