    Try 0.0.0.0/0 for IpWhiteList.

      Still no change with the netstat:

        Add address: "0.0.0.0", to your config, outside your whitelist:

        var config = {
            port: 8080,
            address: "0.0.0.0",
            ipWhitelist: [], // Set [] to allow all IP addresses.
            language: "en",
            timeFormat: 12,
            units: "imperial",

            oh. not exactly. After some time now, it works! Don’t know, what it took some time, aber now it works!

                  @Mykle1 Thank you! This fixed a problem I was having with openHAB sending sendHttpGetRequest.
