      I’m using MM2 (latest) with pm2.
in my config.js I tried everything, even this latest one:

      var config = {
      	port: 8080,

      	language: 'de',
      	timeFormat: 24,
      	units: 'metric',
      	ipWhitelist: [],

in startup I get this in the log:

      (...)
      All module helpers loaded.
Starting server on port 8080 ...
You're using a full whitelist configuration to allow for all IPs
      Server started ...
      (...)

I have no iptables in place:

      pi@MagicMirror2:~ $ sudo iptables -L
      Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
      target prot opt source destination

      Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
      target prot opt source destination

      Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
      target prot opt source destination
      pi@MagicMirror2:~ $

stil, if I try to reach the MagicMirror from my Laptop, I see the connection refused message:
      0_1510135311872_3eee7549-ea75-42b6-b4ae-9f0d3be55879-image.png

I can reach the Pi without problems on SSH-port and even send him MQTT-updates. So I assume, there’s no issue with iptables (as seen above, it’s all open).
Is there anywhere, I can have a look on to solve this?

          Try 0.0.0.0/0 for IpWhiteList.

@Sean said in ipWhitelist - still not working:

            0.0.0.0/0

            same error on the Laptop.
Still no change with the netstat:

            pi@MagicMirror2:~ $ sudo netstat -lnpt

Add address: "0.0.0.0", to your config, outside your whitelist:

              var config = {
                  port: 8080,
                  address: "0.0.0.0",
ipWhitelist: [], // Set [] to allow all IP addresses.
                  language: "en",
                  timeFormat: 12,
                  units: "imperial",

@Mykle1 Thank you! This fixed a problem I was having with openHAB sending sendHttpGetRequest.
