    Here is my build.
    I wanted my MM more like a dashboard, so i choose an old imac because of the space behind the screen to fit everything in.

    I reused the atx and the speakers.
    bought on ebay a display controller to hook the display up with the Raspberry.
    Connect a PIR sensor and 12v to 5v converter.
    Also used a max9744 amp to power the speakers.

        I’ve been doing the same thing with a 20" white Intel iMac, but have had one helluva time. None of the display controllers work with the native LG 1600x1050 display Apple put in these things, so I’ve basically gutted the iMac and am putting in a new display, etc.

              @diemen112 Tried four different ones, all allegedly specific to the LM201W01 SL A3 that was in the iMac. None worked.
