@geo did u use my install script? all scripts have been removed from base repo
use the install script from here -
hi thx for that but as i have said before i have no idea how to copy and paste from pi

@geo open an ssh session from your pc to pi.
or slow way, open a browser on pi, and terminal window, and copy. paste that way

hi installed the scripts but cant open the mirror.

@geo you don’t install the scripts… u execute one line
to install you copy/paste this line
bash -c "$(curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sdetweil/MagicMirror_scripts/master/raspberry.sh)"which will execute the install process

hi,finally got my numb brain partially working and installed scripts,easy when you know how,thankyou.now how do i open mm cos npm start does not work.
would still like to know why the original command did not work.thx again,geocd MgicMirror
hi when i tried to find the install.log file permission was denied -

to start mm after install, you navigate to the MagicMirror folder and execute npm start
cd ~/MagicMirror npm start
